1. About Our Services
GenZ Patches manufactures custom patches including Embroidery, Sequin, Chenille, and other custom patch types. All products are made according to customer-provided designs and requirements.
2. Custom Orders
- Order Form: Submit requirements and receive quotation by email within about 12 hours.
- Live Chat (Recommended): Real-time discussion and faster finalization with instant support.
3. Payment Method & Terms
Clients may pay using available methods, and PayPal is highly recommended for secure transactions.
- 40% upfront payment is required to start production.
- During production, we share complete updates including images/videos.
- Remaining 60% is due after order completion and approval.
- Shipment is dispatched immediately after final payment.
4. Design & Artwork Responsibility
- Customers confirm they own rights or permissions for submitted designs.
- GenZ Patches is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues in customer artwork.
- Submitted artwork may be used for production and portfolio unless client requests otherwise.
5. Production Time
Standard production is usually 5-7 working days. If any delay occurs, we notify clients in advance and discuss next steps.
6. Urgent Orders
Urgent production and shipping can be completed in 2-3 working days. Additional charges apply.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Standard shipping is around 4-5 working days depending on destination.
- Each order includes a tracking ID for shipment tracking.
- For carrier issues, clients can also contact FedEx directly.
8. Return & Refund
Because products are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. If there is a manufacturing defect or our production error, contact us within 3 days of delivery for review.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once production starts. If canceled before production, design/setup fees remain non-refundable.
